Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Gold Card Electrician to handle a range of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair tasks across various residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with current regulations and standards.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and issues efficiently.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
* Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Gold Card Electrical Qualification (JIB or equivalent).
* Proven experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
* Valid UK driver’s license.
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required.
