THE ROLE:
Your day to day work, alongside being a tech hero, will include supporting their clients across a range of technologies to assist with troubleshooting, change requests, system builds, routine maintenance and monitoring client’s networks.
Development of client’s network services
Undertaking small-scale project work
Assisting Team members on larger IT projects
Building, servicing and repairing client devices on the workbench
Quoting for clients
Liaising with clients and colleagues
Identifying opportunities for growth
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Previous IT support experience is not required if you can demonstrate a strong interest in IT.
Excellent customer service skills
A wonderful telephone manner and good writing skills
Keen to continue learning
Local to Enfield, North London.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£22,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
