Job Title: Finance Manager

This is a hands-on Finance Manager role, responsible for overseeing the financial operations. You will manage all financial activities, collaborating with various departments and guiding a small Finance team to effectively plan and control their budgets. Your contributions will directly influence the achievement of agreed budgets, revenue, and profitability goals, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with the strategic objectives of the business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership across the EMEA region, overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business goals, and timely reporting to senior management.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, analyses, and insights to the Managing Director and other key stakeholders, providing clarity on the region's financial performance.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies across all EMEA countries. Identify and manage financial risks, implementing controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
Lead and develop a small finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure high standards of work and professional growth.
Collaborate with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that support the business's overall objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proven experience in leading and developing finance teams, with excellent people management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
