Ability to manage and develop a team effectively
Responsibilities
Managing the daily operations of the Customer Service department
Addressing customer concerns and ensuring service excellence
Supporting HR with onboarding/offboarding processes
Scheduling and coordinating team training and performance evaluations
Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Collaborating with office and field teams to enhance overall customer experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
