The Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the classroom, working closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with SEND. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs)
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students to enhance their learning experience
Promoting a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere
Collaborating with the teaching team and other professionals to create a holistic learning environmentRequirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Previous experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and empathetic nature
