Progress Teachers are recruiting a qualified Primary School Teacher to work at a lovely Primary school in Derbyshire. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives and understands the crucial role a teacher plays in fostering a child’s growth.
The working hours are 8.30 – 15.30, Monday to Friday.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Organise and carry out engaging lesson plans that adhere to the KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum and maintain students’ engagement
* Teach a range of subjects to young pupils
* Employ behaviour management techniques to encourage a productive and positive learning environment
* Work as a team with other staff members to ensure children’s individual needs are met
Requirements
* QTS certified with experience in a Primary setting
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Recent experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
