We have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager working with an established Fit Out contractor near Woking/Newbury.

The Project is valued circa £15M and you will be the Senior Project Manager looking after the whole project with a PD visiting every other day. You will be responsible for managing the whole project (including - facades, external works, steel structures, metal staircases and high end reception finish) and will be reporting to the Project Director. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Senior Project Manager must have:

Experience with basement programmes
Facade packages
Steel Roof
Steel Structures and metal staircases
Longevity in freelance roles
Systems Experience
Have experience in delivering external packages
Understanding of programmes
Experience successfully running projects as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on commercial projects
Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you as the Senior Project Manager on this project?
