About The Role
At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

We’re recruiting for a Accounts Payable Administrator based in Milton Keynes.
In this role you will be responsible for the input of supplier invoices, resolution of supplier and internal customer queries through proactive exception management ensuring that invoices are available for payment to agreed terms. You will provide and maintain an excellent level of customer service in accordance with performance and quality standards. You will also be responsible for accurate input of supplier invoices and on occasion matching invoices to PO or appropriate cost locations. Manage invoices related supplier issues through resolution and escalating if and when required. You will ensure supplier statements are reconciled on a regular basis as per the agreed schedule and any queries are dealt with/escalated promptly. In addition you will proactively manage blockages in respect to invoice approval and good receipting engaging with approvers and receptors to ensure they action promptly.
