Customer Service & Bill Validation Executive

Cobalt Business Park, North Tyneside

Up to £28k plus Annual Bonus (DOE)

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling billing queries. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing guidance on energy services.

Responsibilities:

* Validation of supplier invoices

* Chasing remittances with suppliers

* Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve billing disputes

* Working with tenant recharges

* Analysing data

* Logging meter reads with suppliers for accurate bills

* Building relationships with suppliers and customers in a professional way

About You:

* Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner

* Previous experience within the energy industry

* Good verbal and written skills

* A positive enthusiastic approach

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* The successful applicant must have an analytic mind, good people skills and high grades in Maths and IT.

* They need to be able to work on their own and have previous experience in energy industry.
