The Company. A consultancy who are overseeing / managing multiple contracts in the high spec new build and cut & carve sectors, involving Shell and Core aspects. Package values generally range from £0.5m to £6m. Sites are mainly in London, with some in the surrounding counties. Excellent potential to grow with a company who have very experienced management to assist you.

The Project.

Residential scheme involving the full refurbishment, structural demolition, rebuild and fitout of a high spec property in Vauxhall. Current project is 3-4 weeks duration.

Finishes Manager. Broad experience in supervision of the build process.

* 10-12 years’ relevant construction site related experience.

* Motivational personality, able to push for high quality workmanship.

* Good knowledge of M&E and finishing trades work, and how to put them into practice.

* Good with meeting programmes.

* Must be good at working closely with the end client.

* Commercial appreciation.

* Knowledgeable in current HSE requirements and practices.

* Keen to be involved and capable of looking / planning ahead.

* CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS and ideally First Aid qualified.
