Our Client is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work for this Workshop Supervisor role are Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / 1 Saturday Morning In 8 (10am - 2pm)

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Supervisor is up to £45,000 with OTE £50,000.

Duties of a Workshop Supervisor:

Assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workThe Successful Workshop Supervisor will:

Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
