My client who is within the aviation space is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining world-class safety standards across our operations.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement health and safety policies
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures
Provide expert safety advice to management and staff
Deliver safety training programs
Ensure compliance with UK and international aviation safety standards
Liaise with regulatory bodies like CAA and HSE
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
CMIOSH preferred
5+ years of experience in health and safety, ideally in aviation
Strong knowledge of UK safety legislation and aviation regulations
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Valid UK driving license and ability to obtain security clearance
