Property Assistant / Junior Property Manager – SW London
My client is a long established and highly reputable independent managing agent overseeing a prime London block portfolio (with growing commercial element) from a prestigious Pimlico (SW1) office base.
With an impressive pipeline of new blocks coming in to management underpinned by an already long retained ultra-prime London portfolio, they now seek an additional Property Assistant / Junior Property Manager as follows:
* 1-3 + years Block Management exposure, perhaps as an administrator or assistant property manager (within a leasehold block management environment)
* Understanding of service charges, contractor management, resident queries and insurance matters (again, in an assistant/support capacity)
* Stable work history with a track record of strong commitment
* Well organised with excellent administrative skills, a professional telephone manner and strong written English (for formal emails etc.)
* Keen to learn, take on responsibility and progress
* Accountable
* Non-corporate firm, best suited to those who enjoy a close knit team environment, genuine influence on key clients/matters and the scope to progress through effort and tenure
Our client’s prestigious, well equipped and highly modern offices are in an extremely central and well served location accessible within a few minutes’ walk of both Pimlico and Victoria Stations.
Salary for the successful Property Assistant / Junior Property Manager will start between £30-36k with bonus potential and reviews and uplifts based on tenure and prgoression.
