Customer Insights Manager

Hybrid - London or Birmingham 3 days per week

£55,000 - £65,000

I'm working with a premium retail brand looking to bring on a passionate, data driven insights manager to take charge in championing the strategy around maximising their existing customer base by cross-sell of their product ranges.

You'll be a key component in setting the targeting, personalisation and offer strategy & vision for a customer base journey eg cross-selling and promoting of different product ranges. This role would suit someone who is both analytical and able to create strategy from data and also commercially minded and able to seize opportunities when they arise.

Skills and Experience required for this role:

  • Experienced commercial thinker with strong analytical skills; uses data to inform and justify decisions
  • Strong customer focus with interest in using data to personalise and optimise experiences to drive commercial performance
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills with an agile mindset
  • Exceptional use of insight to understand commercial and customer challenges and inform strategy and approach
  • Solution focused, able to break through complex challenges
  • Ability to bring teams together to jointly achieve optimal outcomes
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a range of complex areas - primarily at SPO level but up to Director level
