Fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting Consultant to join a world leading and global consulting firm, working on a major client program. In order to be a good match for this position you must have been a functional workstream lead for Oracle Recruiting cloud, without this experience we are unable to consider your application - Please note that current live Security Clearance will be seen as a massive bonus due to the tight time scales involved, alternately if you do not have current SC you must have the ability to gain this clearance.

Within this contract you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practice combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.
• Lead the end to end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
• Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting Consultant you will be required to have the following experience:

• Experience of implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting.
• Expertise in Core HCM module
• Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
• Demonstrable experience of leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams

6 months upfront (Inside IR35 Not Negotiable)

UK wide, flex, mainly remote, office locations include London (Head office), Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh
