Operational Risk & Assurance Lead

Edinburgh (2 days a week in office)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operational Risk & Assurance Lead within Retail Banking.

This role will be overseeing the Assurance workstream across the entire organisations large transformation that is currently underway. This is a Senior level position so looking for candidates that have worked on large scale transformations.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Facilitate engagement between the Assurance & Transformation teams
• Conduct risk assessments across key deliverables of the transformation
• Ensuring risk profiles are accurately reported

Key Skills:

• Experience of large scale change & transformation
• Experience of working on a large scale merger & acquistion would be highly advantageous
• Very strong communicator, both verbally and through reporting
• Meticulous attention to detail
• The ideal candidate will either be from a PMO background with strong risk and assurance or a 2nd line with vast change and transformation experience.
