Our leading International Healthcare client are looking for a Senior SAP SD S4/HANA consultant to join them on a contract basis.

The role will be fully Remote with occasional visits to Germany as necessary.

Role & Responsibilities

• Advising inhouse SAP SD business solution architects to design, customize and configure SAP SD change requests in ECC, in line with business requirements
• Know-how transfer with other SAP SD colleagues to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP SD module tasks in ECC
• Act as liaison to business teams to understand root causes for incidents/issues, ensure the resolution process by identifying and implementing the appropriate solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP SD module.
• Handle SD changes (normal, standard, emergency) as needed, attend project meetings to provide status updates and raise risks.
• Know-how transfer with SAP Service Manager and Sales & Distribution Lead on the assigned tasks.
• Advising data migration and integration activities for ongoing projects involving SD area. execute assigned tasks within the mutually agreed deadlines. Ensure all deadlines for SD data migration to S/4 Hana are met and risks are raised in due time to the appropriate parties to allow mitigation plan formulation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed and as instructed by SAP Service Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years designing and configuring SD modules, overall good understanding of ITIL practices and PM practices
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and/or projects/changes at the same time with minimum supervision
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare company is essential.
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes.
• Understanding of basic accounting business processes.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (especially MM and FI/CO) is an advantage.
• Team player, collaborative, easy to work with, strong communication skills, flexible and proactive
• Fluency in English and German
