QC Associate Scientist
QC Associate Scientist vacancy for a globally operating Neuchâtel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Conducting laboratory investigations, critical material qualification, and method transfers
- Authoring transfer protocols and reports, developing qualification plans for critical reagents
- Overseeing validation and qualification activities, providing training and support as needed
- Investigating and troubleshooting problems, conducting risk assessments and root cause analysis
- Owning laboratory investigations and CAPA processes
- Supporting daily QC activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP, internal policies, and EHS requirements
Your experience/knowledge:
- 1+ years of experience in GMP pharma business activities, preferably in the scope of recombinant therapeutic product in pharmaceutical environment
- Background in GMP Laboratory activities with hands-on experience with statistical tools
- Solid knowledge of method transfer and critical reagent qualification
- Proficiency in all aspects of standard IT tools
- University or engineering degree in analytical chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry
- Language skills: French and English - fluent in written and spoken

- Strong collaboration skills and teamwork mindset
- Excellent problem solving and deviation management
