Responsibilities:
- Understanding client business processes and needs and translate them into functional requirements for Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions
- Design, configure, test, and deploy customized Dynamics CRM (CE) applications that meet the clients' expectations and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and developers on Dynamics CRM (CE) functionalities and integrations, especially on Power Automate workflows and connectors
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of Dynamics CRM (CE) projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to Dynamics CRM (CE) applications
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators on how to use and maintain Dynamics CRM (CE) solutions
- Travel as required for the project
- Obtain certifications to strengthen your role and Microsoft Practice capabilities.
Key Skills:
- Active & Live SC Clearance
- Min. 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (CE) consulting, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Expert in Dynamics CRM (CE) functionalities and modules, such as sales, service, marketing, field service, and project service automation
- Power Automate experience - creating and managing workflows and connectors
- Client facing experience
- Understanding of Data Governance and Information Protection
