Salary: £50,000 per annum + bonus structure

Are you an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) or Registered Manager (RM) looking for your next challenge? Our client is a leading domiciliary care organisation providing high-quality care services for both adults and children. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our operations in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure the delivery of exceptional domiciliary care services for adults and children in the region.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards as set by CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales).
Lead, support, and develop a team of managers and care professionals.
Monitor service performance, implementing improvements as necessary to maintain high standards of care.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including families, clients, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and safety protocols are upheld across all services.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive business growth and maintain a positive reputation within the community.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Responsible Individual (RI) or Registered Manager (RM) in a domiciliary care setting.
QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults).
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and best practices in the domiciliary care sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high standards of care.
A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.Benefits:
