Medway

Rotating shifts of days and nights - 4 on 4 off

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias and relevant Electrical qualifications and experience in Manufacturing/Engineering factory environments?

Due to continuous growth, our well-established client is looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their Medway manufacturing facility.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a suitably experienced, self-motivated, and analytical Engineer to utilise maintenance and repair skills within a varied and challenging, professional production environment.

Duties Include:

Performing the effective diagnosis, maintenance, and repair on a range of industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.

Responsible for the dismantling, checking, and testing of components.

Attend breakdowns and keep machinery down-time to a minimum.

Working with CMMS systems, work orders and spares etc.

Maintaining tools and equipment to a safe working condition.

Providing support to other engineering teams as required.

Shift work – 4 on 4 off.

The right candidate will have/be:

A time served Maintenance Engineer, qualified to Level 3 C&G or equivalent.

Electrically biased.

Extensive experience working on machinery within a Manufacturing facility.

Experience working with PLC controls.

PPM, breakdown, installation, and reactive maintenance experience.

A great, team orientated attitude.

Great communication skills, able to provide technical support internally to Production teams.

Able to write reports clearly – good written and verbal English.

Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft office.
