Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23,000/£12.63ph
Hours – 9.00am – 5.00pm – 35 hours a week
Location: Central Milton Keynes
We are recruiting an Administrator to join our client who are an employer of choice in Milton Keynes. If you are a confident Administrator, or looking to make a move into a commercial environment and utilize your skills, then this is the role for you.
The role will be to provide administration support to the membership services team by managing busy inbox’s and responding directly or forwarding to the appropriate team.
Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:
* Categorise inbound emails and webform enquiries
* Identify returned post and emails updating contact details to support database cleansing
* Support the advisory teams with administrative tasks, data cleansing and producing letters where needed
* Complete access requests
Essential Skills for a Customer Service Administrator:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator
* Ability to take the initiative and prioritise own workload
