Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for Business and Economics? Do you have a proven track record as a Head of Department? We are working alongside a secondary school based in Hertfordshire who are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their school and make a positive impact on our students' learning experience.
Position: Business and Economics Teacher
Location: Hertfordshire, UK
Start Date: January 2025
Employment Type: Full-time
Right to Work: Preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Business and Economics to students across various year groups, using innovative and engaging methods.
Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with school standards and educational guidelines.
Provide leadership and guidance as Head of Department.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their academic growth.
Collaborate with staff, parents, and the wider community to promote a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Must be a qualified teacher.
Experience as a Head of Department or in a similar leadership role within an educational setting.
Strong understanding of Business and Economics curricula and pedagogy.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Must be available to start in January 2025.About The School:
