We are looking for a Head of Procurement to join the team of an established company in the Uxbridge area, leading on the delivery of excellent procurement strategies and processes. This role is offering hybrid working, 34 days annual leave on top of bank holidays and a range of other benefits.
Head of Procurement
Monday to Friday/ 37 hours
Permanent
Uxbridge/ Hybrid 2 days from home

As a Head of Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining their long term procurement strategy
Ensuring regulator compliance and clear audit trails in procurement operations
Leading end to end procurement activities from business case development to mobilisation
Coordinate procurement programs
Leading supplier assessment and due diligence processes
Managing external platform and third party relationships
To excel in this role, you will need:
Experience in preparing, publishing and reviewing documentation subject to public scrutiny
Proven track record as a Procurement manager, Category manager, Senior Procurement Officer, Category lead
Detailed knowledge of contractual frameworks, legislative requirements and statutory obligations
Experience in developing and implementing dynamic purchasing systems
Previous experience in developing strategic business cases and plans to key stakeholders
