EUD Engineer
We are looking for EUD Engineer's to work for our Public Sector client on an initial 6 month assignment
Location: Hampshire (various locations)
About the role: EUD Engineer's required on an initial 6 month assignment. Must have capability to travel to different locations across both Forces and undertake all
Assignments in a timely manner. Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidates will have a recent background as a Support Engineer with the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience working in ICT operational delivery.
- Proven experience of supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops and desktops.
- Previous experience of resolving incidents, requests and problems.
- Proven experience of identifying and delivering service improvements.
- Excellent customer experience ethos.
- Proven experience of creating procedure and knowledge base documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
Desirable skills:
- Preferable ITIL V3Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent.
- Preferable Experience using ServiceNow.
