Role: Lead Solutions Engineer

Location: London - hybrid

Salary: c. £80,000 + benefits

We have a great opportunity with one of our media clients looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer (Full Stack/Digital Media) to join them at an exciting time of growth. The role will start by concentrating on new solution opportunities, where architecture and technical design are crucial for project success. Hands-on development will be necessary for proof-of-concept work.

The role:

• Design and build scalable, reliable, high-performance systems.
• Manage coding, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Provide technical insights to support product managers and clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Work with the CTO on best practices, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Manage direct reports, including appraisals and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, agile team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Resolve technical issues quickly to minimize service disruption.

Experience needed:

• Demonstrable experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer within the ad-tech or audio space
• Python and Node.JS experience, plus exposure to PHP would be ideal
• Strong database skills
• Experience of AWS solution architecture
