Data Entry Administrator
* £23,793 per annum
* Sunderland (SR4)
* Permanent staff position (full-time and part-time is available)
* Shift times: 6.30am - 3.30pm (fulltime); 6.30am-10.30am or 11am-3pm (part-time)
A number of opportunities are available within the Digital Administration Team of a leading Sunderland employer, where you will be working for one of Europe’s largest outsourcing companies.
You will handle large volumes of confidential documents and data for a variety of high-profile clients, open and sort incoming physical mail then process mail creating digital versions via data entry ensuring accuracy and within agreed timescales.
You will be meticulous in following process with a natural attention to detail and experienced in working within a fast-paced environment.
Your Requirements
* Computer Literate
* Previous Administration experience
* Flexibility with working hours
* Ability to work towards deadlines
Your Daily Responsibilities
* Data Entry – Converting physical data and inputting onto various IT systems.
* Handling incoming post/mail, secure documents, and data
* Day to day processing & distribution of documents
* Scanning/photocopying secure data
* Supporting wider site activities as and when required
* Printing and scanning relevant documents.
* Processing large volumes of data into various forms and databases
To be able to proceed with this opportunity you will have to pass security checks i.e. DBS, due to the nature of the role.
