IT Director - Digital Innovation

William Alexander has been engaged by a specialist Financial Services Group in London to search for an IT Director to drive greenfield digital innovation for new direct-to-consumer offerings.

You will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive, consumer-focused technology roadmap that supports the business's digital transformation goals, alongside mapping, hiring, and scaling agile technology teams.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you:

• Have experience building new digital business offerings and technology roadmaps for consumer-facing businesses.
• Possess a consumer-focused mindset with the ability to drive digital innovation and enhance customer experience.
• Bring a technical background with expertise in infrastructure, digital systems, data management, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with experience in scaling and managing technology teams and controlling large-scale budgets.
• Are an effective communicator with IT vendor management skills and the ability to lead and influence.

This is a permanent role paying £180,000pa + excellent bonus & benefits package and offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the client's City based offices).
