Senior VP - Operations - Pharma/Clinical Trials
Senior VP - Operations required by a rapidly growing pharmaceutical services organisation. You will need to have at least 10 years working in a Pharma Service organisation alongside some experience of working for a Clinical Research Organisation/CRO within the Operations division, working directly with the C-suite.
You will need to have a proven record of managing a large team of pharma services personnel with a deep understanding of the delivery of Clinical Trials and/or a deep understanding of Expanded Access Programmes (EAP's) and/or Named Patient Programmes (NPP's) and/or Compassionate Use Programmes (CUP's).
In addition you must be an excellent communicator, able to be customer facing (when required) and present internally to the business.
This is an exciting senior level opportunity working for a market leader in the design and execution of expanded access and named patient programs.
This is a permanent position paying £150-190k + benefits which include a bonus and inclusion into the equity plan.
