SAP EWM Domain Expert - Sweden (Hybrid) - 3months + - Freelance

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a SAP EWM Domain Expert for our clients SAP Governance Organisation based in Sweden. This role involves being part of the clients SAP governance organisation post-go-live of S4HANA, interacting with the global business regarding business demands, and coordinating with the central SAP Governance organisation.

This role initially has an on-site requirement of 3 days per week in Sweden for the first 2 months, due to the needs of the project, but may be worked remotely once onboarded and a relationship is built with the project team

You must already have eligibility to work in the EU, and no visa sponsorship will be offered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on work and design enhancements for current SAP logistic flows to support the business unit business and overall SAP Solution by driving and coordinating with other project bodies.
• Collaborate with Business Units, PLM organisation, and Central SAP program team to positively impact business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with management, peers, and partners to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
• Manage projects proactively, transparently, and efficiently, communicating with multiple local roll-out teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in developing and stabilising the SAP governance organisation, driving further development and leading practices to meet current and future business objectives.
• Initial onsite requirement in Sweden 3 days a week, in order to meet and collaborate with the project team. Flexibility to work remote after an initial period.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of relevant SAP experience; SAP S/4 HANA experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience in full-fledged SAP Logistic projects and/or line work in a complex global project setting.
• The ideal candidate should be an SAP EWM + MM expert with experience in a multi-plant set-up where production facilities are replenished by an off-site warehouse.
• Experience with complex global SAP programs and SAP Architecture, including people and change management.
• Proactive and highly organised, with experience navigating multiple teams in a global setting.
• Resilience in driving complex IT projects, meeting deadlines, and managing issues and risks to secure business operations.

The ability to

• Effective interaction and communication skills in English, with high attention to detail.
• Experience in driving and motivating teams and experts in both business and IT.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 Month contract

Location: Onsite in Sweden 3 days per week, for at least the first 2 months (Expenses covered)

After this the work can be delivered in a hybrid setup, at a frequency that works for the consultant.
