For the Medical Risk team, the candidate should:
- Have a current Microsoft Certified Developer certification or
- Have a university degree, majoring in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Have at least 6 years hands-on development experience in C#, .Net.
- Have at least 4 years developing with .NET Core.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate good technical knowledge in the following technologies:

1. .NET Core 6.0 +

• OAuth Authentication and Authorization
• OpenId Connect Bearer Token Authentication
• Fluent Validation
• Polly Library
• Circuit Breaker Library
• Swashbuckle/Swagger
• Mediat R Library
• Unit Testing and Mocking.

2. Entity Framework Core

• Code First
• Database First

3. MS SQL Server 2016 and above
4. RabbitMQ and MassTransit
5. Docker and Docker Swarm, including exposure to Kubernetes.

• Fully understand the setup and use of Docker File and Docker Compose.

6. Azure DevOps Build and Release pipeline management.
7. Patterns: Domain Driven Development

• CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation)
• DI (Dependency Injection)
