My client are looking for Legal/Commercial Counsel for an initial 6 month contract opportunity to start ASAP.

IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Rate: Negotiable (Euros)
Location: Fully Remote
Length: Initial 6 months - 4 days per week

Essential Requirements:

• Fully qualified lawyer in any European jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial law, with a focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Contract Management & Reviews - Procurement, IT Contracts, Marketing, Real Estate etc.
• Experience working with legal systems and contract management technology - tools to improve processes and streamline workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in at least one other European language preferred.
• Ability to work across European cultures and communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze complex legal and business issues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
