Job Description
The Saatchi & Saatchi Oral Care team is looking for an Account Supervisor who can serve as our primary agency representative on the Oral-B global business.
This is an exciting role with a high level of client-facing responsibility, opportunities to lead several campaigns and productions annually, collaborate on strategic development, and guide cross-agency partners.
With clients, this individual is ultimately responsible for building a strong relationship and achieving their client’s marketing objectives.
With the Agency Team, a successful Account Supervisor will help steer and implement strategies and collaborate with our creative teams to develop insightful work. The Account Supervisor is also responsible for providing day-to-day structure and guidance to the team, and drive everyone along the way.
Finally, with other agency teams, our Account Supervisor will guide partners in the strategic priorities for the brand, be an information hub, and assist in build 360 campaign plans in partnership with other agency teams.
More specifically we would be excited to bring someone on to the team who:
Works closely with Brand Team (primarily Senior Brand Managers and Brand Directors) to ensure work is completed in line with marketing objectives and consumer needs
Develops close relationship with SBMs and BDs to ensure the Agency is close to business issues and opportunities, drives clarity of expectations, and seeks to predict client needs.
When needed, facilitates strategic discussions to move projects and the business forward.
Oversees holistic creative development process and ensures work is integrated, on strategy/campaign, and consistent with the brand equity and character.
Leads initiatives involving advertising, digital and social content, in-store, eComm, and PR.
Drives strategic approach for initiatives, including writing creative briefs and strategic POVs
Encourages the creation of breakthrough creative work and effectively sells great ideas.
Digital fluency – passionate about all things social/digital; knows and applies digital trends/best practices
Helps anticipate and plan so that the resources of the Agency are deployed with continued maximum effectiveness for the projects and campaigns at hand.
Follows and leads the team in following the production process and that productions are being executed by the team with excellence
Ensures successful and flawless execution – globally and in-market at a local level.
Works with all agency partners to ensure delivery of seamless integrated plans
Manages both down and up to lead the Account Team effectively
Acts as an inspired coach providing daily coaching and feedback.
Mentors and manages AEs and AAE: gives directions, teaches them, passes on the knowledge.
Trains and encourages them to think strategically, keep a broader understanding of projects, etc.
Ensures team’s work is consistent with outlined priorities/strategies, and completed in timely manner
Keeps track, follows-up, and anticipates OOOs to guarantee client coverage
Proactively keeps AD and GAD stay abreast of key account activity, while anticipating upcoming requests/needs
Adopts an attitude of positive leadership, both with the clients and internally
Keep calm and positive, solution-oriented
Foster optimistic relationships with teams by creating a motivating environment based on productive and honest interaction/dialogue
