Seeking Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as USACE.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager | Environmental Management [USACE(phone number removed)]

Oversee construction site operations; manage subcontractors; ensure project completion on time and within budget.  Serve as Site Superintendent/Construction Manager and the Team ProSidian shall provide one (1) individual who is trained and experienced as a Site Superintendent/Construction Manager on overseeing Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Projects during the Remedial Action phase.  The Site Superintendent/Construction Manager is directly responsible for all site operations and for supervision of the site foreman, craft labor, equipment, and subcontractor/vendor field activities.  The Site Superintendent is responsible for leading on-site activities, managing on-site personnel and subcontractors, managing, and controlling construction schedules, effectively and proactively resolving quality and schedule issues. 

This position requires experience and active knowledge and use of The Government’s QCS (Quality Control System) (Quality Control System) for schedule management, and for managing QC requirements and submittals.  The QCS (Quality Control System) is the  contractor-facing component used to meet the quality control requirements set by the USACE and refers to a software application used by contractors working on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects to manage quality control requirements and submittals.  Specifically, the QCS software is part of the Resident Management System (RMS), which is a broader system used by the USACE to manage construction projects.

---  Submittal Management: QCS helps contractors track and manage submittals, ensuring that all materials, products, and services used in the project meet the specified quality standards.

---  Quality Control Plans (QCP): Contractors can use QCS to develop, maintain, and submit their Quality Control Plans (QCPs) to the USACE for approval.

---  Daily Reports: QCS allows contractors to submit daily reports detailing on-site activities, including inspections, tests, and other quality-related events.

---  Scheduling: The QCS software integrates with scheduling tools to monitor project timelines and ensure that quality control activities are aligned with the project schedule.
