Sigma Defense is seeking a former Senior Naval Officer with Navy Strike Group experience for a position on our Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) Team in San Diego, CA as a TTGP Strike Group Senior Staff Training Program Manager.

The ideal candidate is a former Senior Naval Officer (Strike Group COS, N3 or N6, or post Major Command) with experience operating within a Navy Strike Group and meeting numbered fleet tasking and warfare commander operational requirements as part of Strike Group operations. Repeat tours on Strike Group staffs may be substituted for seniority.

Requirements

Experience conducting joint military operations within a Strike Group, including oversight or management of Battle Rhythm and planning efforts.

Experience observing, assessing, and coaching mid-grade and other senior officers.

In depth experience conducting training using current fleet training methodologies/requirements or equivalent military experience.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified discipline.

Certification Requirements:

Knowledge and Information Management (may be obtained within 1 year of hire).

Personnel Clearance Level:

Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: $155,000 - $180,000 annually.
