Qualified Systems Engineering Technician IV needed for our Charleston, S.C location.
Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science; or
Formal electronics training from a Technical School, Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or a four-year electronics apprentice program; or
High School diploma or GED.
Five (5) years with a degree/formal training or Seven (7) years with a High School diploma/GED of practical experience, including design, preparation, and modification of engineering documents and drawings.
Experience in constructing components, subunits, or simple models, troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions, and performing assignments that require independent work, with oversight as needed.
Secret clearance required.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
