Job Purpose:

To provide proactive, professional and focused support with PPM and Reactive maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical plant for our prestigious customer base throughout the country.

Work Pattern : shifts below. On call 1 in 3 when on the 8-4 shift.

6am-2pm / 8am-4pm / 10am-6pm

The role will suit an Electrically-biased engineer with some experience of HVAC and other mechanical maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventive maintenance for all relevant buildings and utilities.

* Diagnose and rectify faults in connection with all building services, electrical, mechanical and air –conditioning systems, either through self-delivery or liaison with specialised colleagues or with external contractors to provide a prompt and efficient service and minimise any downtime.

* Complete all maintenance logs, schedules, job sheets, etc. to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company, insurance requirements, etc.

* Ensure there are adequate supplies of spares on site for commonly used parts or those with a long lead time.

Key Attributes – Knowledge – Skills – Experience:

* Qualified Electrician /Electrical Engineer

* Ideally would have served time as apprenticeship or followed recognised formal training programme and completed at least additional experience in a related industry environment.

* 18th Edition Electrical Certificate or equivalent.

* C&G 2391 Inspect and Test

* Willing to be trained for other skill sets relevant the scope of works.

* Minimum of 3 years experience in M&E maintenance contracts.

* Additional skills / Experience beneficial HVAC, Mechanical engineering.

* Willing to take further training to upgrade and maintain skills.

* Current Safety Passport.

* Full Driving Licence.

Expected hours: 40 per week
