Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about HR and looking to join a dynamic brewery? We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our clients growing business in Burton upon Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support across the company, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement.
• Liaise with internal hiring managers and agencies.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and on boarding new hires.
• Travel to our client's site in Worksop when required to provide HR support and ensure consistency in HR practices across all sites.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an HR advisory role- 2 + years' experience.
• Driving licence and your own vehicle is required - Flexibility to travel to our clients Worksop site when required.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
