We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on pupils’ lives.

Learning support assistant - Key Responsibilities:

- One-to-One and Group Support: Assist pupils with a range of SEN, ensuring they receive the personalised support they need to thrive.

- Supporting Learning: Help in delivering engaging lessons, adapting materials, and ensuring students can participate fully.

- Promote Independence: Encourage pupils to develop life skills and confidence, working closely to build their independence.

- Behavioural Support: Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and help manage challenging situations in a calm, supportive manner.

- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create the best learning environment for the students.
