Job Title: Trainee Residential/Commercial Surveyor
Location: Aberdeen City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time core hours

- Conduct property valuations for various purposes, including mortgages, sales, and investment
- Inspect properties and take precise measurements of building and sites
- Write detailed reports on property conditions and valuations
- Work closely with solicitors, clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulation, standards and guidelines
- Stay updated on changes in the property market and industry regulations
Requirements:
- AssocRICS qualified graduate
- Real estate background (minimum 2 years' experience)
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on own your own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
