Our client is a prominent Modular Contractor in the UK, holding a distinguished position in the market with a strong pipeline of projects in 2025 / 2025 and onwards. They are currently looking an experienced Project Manager to assist on a MOD project based in West Midlands.

This contract has a minimum duration of 12 months.

As a key member, you will be responsible in leading and managing the site team and overseeing the clients needs and requirements throughout all phases to ensure the project meets cost, time, and quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee trades and ensure on-site quality standards.

* Manage RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and enforce health and safety regulations.

* Ensure all tasks are completed safely and according to project requirements.

* Supervise both internal and external construction activities.

* Monitor and maintain the quality of finished work.

* Hold regular meetings with subcontractors and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

* Communicate directly with the client, Contracts Manager and other Site Managers.

* Ensure project completion within budget and deadlines, adhering to the highest quality standards.

* Lead and manage site personnel and subcontractors effectively.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations on site.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

* Black CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid qualified

* SC Cleared

* Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

* Robust organisational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects
