Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to children with special educational needs in an inclusive and nurturing environment

- Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the individual needs of each child

- Foster an engaging and supportive atmosphere that encourages learning and development

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Utilise outdoor activities to enhance learning experiences and promote physical and emotional well-being.

- Monitor and record the progress of each child, adjusting support as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential

- A compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for helping children thrive

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to each child's unique needs and learning styles

- Understanding of IEPs and experience in implementing them

- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to engage children in a variety of activities, including outdoor learning.
