Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our client, Britain’s number 1 professional power tool manufacturer based in Telford.

As Sales Administrator you will Support the sale of tools and spares ensuring that customer requirements are satisfied on time and in full, arranging transport and delivery documentation. You’ll ideally have a background in Export Administration and be familiar with EUR1 and other export documentation.

To support the Sales Administrators to undertake the following tasks:-

Enter customer orders onto the system and prepare confirmations for sending to customers.
Arrange relevant, cost-effective transport to support the monthly dispatch plan.
Prepare all required delivery paperwork for forwarding to customer including packing lists, invoices, EUR1 and other export documentation.
Support the senior sales administrators in assessing customer requests or enquiries.
Ensure customer requests or enquiries are responded to in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
Administer import/export documentation.
Arrange suitable, cost-effective transport for internal transport requests.
File and archive all necessary documentation as required.
GENERAL TASKS:

Understand the relevant procedures and training manuals for all tasks.
Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of all tasks.
Support activities to meet departmental objectives.
High light potential issues and assist in any resulting investigations.
Adhere to Makita procedures and support improvements.
Communicate clearly, always.
Support all improvement and co-operation activities within the department.
Ensure the section is tidy and promote 5S/5W activities.
Take on other reasonable tasks as and when requested by supervisor or the department manager.
Ensure compliance with all SOX, ISO9001 and ISO14001 procedures and regulations. Hours
