For our client we are looking for a Software Developer ADA (m/f/d)

Project start: immediately
Project duration: 31.12.2024 (with option to extend)
Location: 60% Wilhelmshaven/40% remote
Workload: full-time

Project objective:
The aim of this project is the development and integration of software solutions in the defense environment using the Ada programming language.
The developed systems should have a high reliability and security to meet the demanding requirements of this area.

Tasks and responsibilities:

. Software development: Development of software components in Ada for defense systems. This includes the implementation of new functions as well as as well as the further development of existing systems.
. System integration: Integration of the developed software solutions into existing existing defense systems. This includes testing and validating the software software in a real environment.
. On-site collaboration: As the relevant systems, test environments and infrastructure are infrastructure are provided at the office in Wilhelmshaven, a regular
regular presence on site is required. Home office can only be offered to a limited be offered to a limited extent.
. Team collaboration: Close collaboration with other developers and engineers to ensure engineers to ensure that the solutions developed are seamlessly integrated into the integrated into the existing system.

Requirements:

. Experience in Ada: Sound knowledge and practical experience in software software development with Ada is required.
. Experience in the defense environment: Ideally, candidates should have experience in the defense environment and are familiar with the specific requirements and regulations.
. System integration: Experience in integrating software into complex systems is an advantage.
. Willingness to work on site: Due to the security requirements and the need to access specific systems and test environments, regular presence at the IBM office in Wilhelmshaven is required.
