Overview: Our client is seeking a Positive Action & Engagement Officer to join their Human Resources team for a 12 month FTC. This role focuses on driving Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives, helping to attract and support underrepresented groups within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Positive Action strategies for recruitment, retention, and career progression.
  • Support the creation of a Positive Action Plan and contribute to key ED&I reports.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance diversity in recruitment.
  • Analyze diversity data and report findings to inform strategies.
  • Organize and deliver events, training sessions, and outreach activities aimed at increasing awareness and opportunities for underrepresented groups.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with ED&I initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in data analysis and organizing impactful events.
