The role would be perfect for any competent property litigation lawyer happy to manage their own caseload of landlord and tenant matters (Landlord clients) but also keen to play a significant role in the team's development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a case load of defended Landlord & Tenant matters
Provide mentorship and training to team members
Supervise others' work and assist in delivering service packages to clients
Keep up to date with market developments and legal changes
Build strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent service What We're Looking For:

Excellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
Passion for mentoring and developing others
Strong communication and client relationship skills
