You will be responsible for:

* Lead and manage the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.

* Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.

* Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure bid accuracy.

* Develop and implement estimating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.

* Oversee and validate bids, ensuring they meet company standards and project requirements.

Required experience

* Tekla (essential)

* 5 years structural and miscellaneous steel experience

* 5 years Estimating experience
