As a Surgical First Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Delivering safe, quality care during the perioperative phase.
Assisting in the management and organisation of care within the Operating Department.
Supporting patient care delivery.
Contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Developing and enhancing skills and knowledge for yourself and others.
Applying and promoting best evidence-based practices.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Maintaining Health and Safety standards.

Experience in customer care, especially in challenging situations.
Previous experience in an acute healthcare environment.
