Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a luxury kitchen retail in Essex, who are looking to add a Senior Kitchen Designer to the team.

Your duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and taking the initial design brief

* Taking the project lead on all enquiries and guiding the customer through the buying process

* Using Compusoft Winner to design the customers dream kitchen

* Mentoring and coaching junior members of staff

* Visiting site, managing the customer expectations and overseeing installations

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Designer who has aspirations to become a Showroom Manager, and potentially go on to have shares / own the showroom outright.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 4 years experience as a Kitchen Designer

* Experience working with luxury kitchen product ranges, including bespoke English products, and German offerings

* Fluent Compusoft Winner understanding

* Proven experience designing and selling kitchens at £30k and above

* A full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle

In return our client is offering:

* A base salary of £30k +

* Uncapped earning opportunity, OTE £80k +
