Your Role as an Engineering Manager will include:
* Lead and Develop Multi-skilled Maintenance Team
* Delivery of CAPEX Projects
* Maintain & Improve CMMS
* Onboarding and Training

The successful Engineering Manager will need:
* Automation & CAD Experience
* Lean & CI Techniques (SMED, FMEA, FTA, 5S)
* Heavy manufacturing background
* Commutable to Nottingham
